As both an enoteca and a restaurant, it boasts an excellent selection of local wines, making it an ideal stop for a leisurely lunch or a casual dinner after exploring the village. The menu features thoughtfully prepared regional favourites, from delicious and simple pasta dishes and carefully selected cured meats to a wonderful melanzane alla Parmigiana.

The true highlight, however, is the cotoletta alla Milanese. Golden, perfectly crisp on the outside and tender within, it is impressively generous—large enough to be shared—and reason enough to return. Simple, authentic cooking, excellent wines, and genuine hospitality make Vioteca Centro Storico one of our favourite hidden gems in the Langhe.
