Cascina Borine is conveniently located just 13 km from the A33 highway, making it easily accessible by car.

The nearest train station is in Alba, approximately 17 km away.

The closest airports are in Turin (about 1 hour 20 minutes by car), Genoa (around 1 hour 45 minutes), and Milan (approximately 2 hours).

Airport and train station transfers can be arranged upon request.

Cascina Borine can accomodate groups up to 10 people. The house offers 3 en-suite double bedrooms with king size beds and a family suite featuring two bedrooms (one double king size and one double) with a shared bathroom.

Cascina Borine can also be rented for groups of up to 8 guests. In this case, the apartment is excluded from the rental.

The rental price includes full access to the house, garden and pool.

Additionnally, the following amenities are available in the house:

Although the house can accommodate younger guests, we do not provide equipment for children such as baby cots or high chairs. Please note that the swimming pool is directly accessible from the garden (with no gate), and we ask guests to remain vigilant regarding children’s access to the pool.

The nearest village is Tre Cunei, just 3 km away. There, you’ll find a bakery, a fruit and vegetable shop, a mini market, a pharmacy, and a bar. Larger supermarkets are available in Grinzane Cavour (13 km away) and Alba (17 km away).

Smoking is not permitted indoors, but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden. We kindly ask that all cigarette butts be disposed of in the ashtrays provided and never thrown on the ground.

Please be aware that the weather in the Langhe can be very dry, particularly during the warmer months, and fires can start and spread quickly. Thank you for helping us keep the property safe.

Cancellation is free until 14 days prior to arrival.

The villa will be available from 4 PM to 8 pm on check-in day. Check-out should take place between 8 and 10 AM on departure day.

During the high season (July, August, September), to ensure smooth scheduling and changeovers, the house is available for weekly rentals only, with check-in on Saturday and check-out on Saturday.
