Le Torri is one of our absolute favorite restaurants in the Langhe. Located in the charming village of Castiglione Falletto—well worth a visit in its own right and home to the renowned Vietti winery—it offers a dining experience that perfectly captures the elegance and authenticity of Piedmontese cuisine.

The menu showcases local ingredients with skill and restraint. Two standout dishes are not to be missed: the fried poached egg served with rich, velvety fonduta, a true comfort dish elevated to perfection, and the Fassona beef steak coated in a hazelnut crust, which beautifully celebrates two of Piedmont's most prized products.
